More bleary eyedness on Sunday, luckily we didn’t so anything atrocious to the stag so he was generally compus mentus and fit enough to drive. We gathered the troops and scavenged as much coffee as we good from the locals. Any good badger knows the true art of the scavenger; rule 1 be polite and you will generally get what you want, try to take something and you might get away with it, but next time they will be watching. A quick flurry of packing and we were ready to hit the road and say bon-voyage to sunny Bournemouth.
We glided down the country lanes in my bosses hugely un-environmental 4×4 Landrover, I have to admit although it’s shockingly inefficient and un-ecological, it is very smooth and comfy. We headed back to our local haunt for a post-session session and settled down for a few hours to reminisce on the weekends frivolities. A few badger ales later and headed back to the sett for a well earned sleep and crashed out on the sofa with a bit of light reggae playing idly in the background of my dreams.
